Terms of Service

can do

  • OC's

  • fanart

  • feminine & androgynous characters

  • soft lewd

  • animal ears & tails

  • simple backgrounds

no can do

  • mecha/complex armor

  • violence/gore

  • buff dudes

  • furries

  • complicated backgrounds

  • children

payment

  • The full amount is required to be paid upfront before I start working.

  • I have the right to cancel the project if payment isn't received within a reasonable time.

  • Price may increase with complexity of design but I'm willing to negotiate.

  • Tips are optional (but welcome)!

revisions

  • Major revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.

  • Only minor revisions such as color adjustments are allowed when the piece is fully finished.

  • Please message me if you need any updates or revisions within reason!

deadlines

  • Work will be delivered between 1 week and 2 months depending on the complexity and if I have other projects in queue.

  • I will let you know if I need more time to complete the project.

use

  • Do not use for AI or NFT's.

  • Do not resell my art.

  • Do not modify (trace, editing, etc.,) my art.

  • Commissioned work is personal use only unless negotiated otherwise.

intellectual property rights

  • Must credit work when being posted, used as pfp, cover, etc,.

  • I reserve the right to feature the work in my portfolio.

  • Commercial streamer rights are 25% extra.

refunds

  • Commissions are non refundable unless I am unable to complete the project.

  • No chargebacks after the project is finished.

communication

  • Feel free to ask for updates at any time on Twitter @tinysip or Discord @tinysips.

  • If I try to communicate with you and you don't answer within 7 days, I will refund and cancel the project.
